This page explains how to delete your CELEVARA account (the CELEVARA app on Google Play and the App Store, and https://www.celevara.app) and what happens to your data.
Delete your account in the app
1. Open the CELEVARA app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Delete your account by email
If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include your registered phone number) with the subject Delete my account. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and sign-in details
- Your invitation projects, invitation websites, uploaded photos, RSVP responses and private links
- Your device and notification tokens
Deletion is completed within 30 days. Published invitation links stop working once deleted.
What we keep
Order and invoice records (amount, date and order ID) are kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax and accounting law requires it. They are not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
